For all of the bad that occurred on September 11th, 2001, there goes along with it the story warmth and hospitality of Gander, Newfoundland. The residents of the small town were charged with housing and feeding approximately 7000 passers and crew from international flights that were diverted to their airport after the unprecedented closing of U.S airspace.
