Vinny Appice Talks Black Sabbath Reunion Possibility For Farewell Tour
Vinny Appice has suggested that Black Sabbath should include him in their farewell tour – along with original member Bill Ward and recent live addition Tommy Clufetos.
He thinks the three-drummer lineup would be a fitting way to mark the band’s final performances, even though he accepts it’s unlikely to happen. Vinnie played with Sabbath during their Ronnie James Dio era and later spin-off Heaven And Hell.
“Bill comes out and plays, then I play a couple of songs, then Tommy as a special guest. It would be cool – this is the last thing they’re doing.”

Grohl takes on Animal in drum-off
Foo Fighters mainman Dave Grohl has had his drum-off with Animal from the Muppets, with the pair going all-out in an effort to best the other – although both concede defeat after trashing their kits after a frantic battle.
Grohl previously appeared in 2011 movie The Muppets as a character called Animool in spoof band The Moopets, fronted by Fozzie Bear. The former Nirvana drummer was only seen for around five seconds, dressed in his own version of Animal’s jumpsuit, collar and chain.
In 1981, Animal battled Buddy Rich in a drum-off on the long-running puppet franchise. Check out the video:

Want better WiFi? Cancel Christmas
Christmas lights, with their mass of wires carrying an electrical current, create a small electromagnetic field and interferes with WiFi signals. That said, they’re not the worst offender for degrading your signal.
Microwave ovens rank as “terrible” for WiFi signals, while fridges, freezers, toasters, kettles, washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, and computers round out the “very bad for WiFi” category.
Christmas lights rank as “bad,” right there with TV and insulation. What to do? Get a better router and place it in a central location in the house… but not near the kitchen.
El Nino effect could mean milder December
The official start of winter is still three weeks away, and we’re being told we can look forward to a bit of reprieve from the bitterly cold conditions we saw last winter.
In its seasonal forecast, The Weather Network says this does not mean winter is cancelled, only that “Canadians will see fewer bouts of severe cold weather.”
As El Nino strengthens, it will bring above normal temperatures to southern Canada in December. The long range forecast indicates we won’t likely see to many days with “lake effect” snow that can result in blizzard like conditions.
