Canada Post has issued a 72-hour notice to the Canada Union of Postal Workers, meaning that the trucks could be parked and the mail could stop moving as early as Friday.
In a statement, the CUPW union said, “They refused to negotiate fairly with us and now they’re locking the doors and will try to starve us into submission.”
Canada Post said the 72-hour notice does not necessarily mean it will shut down on Friday.
But what if it does? How would you be inconvenienced by a mail strike… if at all?
