Did you stay up and watch the Blue Jays game last night? I did. And when my alarm went off at 4, it hurt. It hurt bad.
So for today’s edition of Tap Dat App, I naturally dedicated it to sleep.
It is true that there’s an app for everything and the best 8 hours of the day is no exception.
This list, CLICK HERE, has some solid suggestions for finding the sleep you need. 8 hours will forever be a mirage for me, but I’d settle for a solid five.
