I’m half way through this 6 week challenge at Ideal Boot Camp on Upper James. The first couple of weeks are always the toughest when changing your routine up a bit. But now I’ve got a good meal plan in place, and am trying to get to the gym at much as possible. That’s still the struggle – finding the time. I think it’s most people’s excuse for not going, and it’s a valid one in my opinion. If you think changing up your eating habits will be tough, they have a full plan that comes complete with a shopping list to make it as easy as possible, which I needed!
The thing I like about Ideal Boot Camp is that there are no class times, you just show up and start the circuit. I was doing some strength training on the weekend… ‘biff’ won again. Stupid bag. lol
