Don’t shoot the messenger, but it’s a new year and with that comes another chance to start fresh when it comes to fitness/health goals. I’m 40 and I’ve spend the better part of my life making (and breaking) weight loss and fitness new years resolutions. That was until I started the Paleo diet and running every other day. I started that after Eli was born three years ago and it works for me.
Those are the key words ‘for me’. Because there really isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to weight and exercise. And, in fact, even the ‘for me’ part can change over the course of a person’s life. I used to be a die-hard Weight Watcher and I’ve also had success in the past with Jenny Craig. Zumba, aerobics, dancefit, you name it I’ve done it!
That said, I wouldn’t mind trying this new buzz…the 7 minute workout. Whose life isn’t busy, right? Proponets of the 7 minute workout say all you need is 7 minutes and a chair. I think I can swing that!!
