No one should suffer in silence.
We stand by that statement along with millions of others. While this past week has not only been been difficult for many it has also been detrimental and frustrating across the global scale. However, the mental health initiatives and the response to mental health awareness has been a shining beacon of hope for humanity.
The Fullblast released ‘Stay’ for Bell Lets Talk Day. When they shared their ep, they also posted this below:
Posting this today in support of #BellLetsTalk day. Break the silence.
If you’re fighting demons, then sing your heart out
No matter what they are, no matter where you are.
Your song is your story, don’t be shy about it.
You’re not alone.
Their new EP will be out February 24.
We were also saddened by the news of media retail store, HMV closing its doors and putting over a thousand employees out of work by April 30. HMV has been a nostalgic place for many of us, including one of the main hubs for our first CD purchases. The silver lining to 102 locations closing across Canada is that we have unbelievable local record stores in Hamilton like Dr. Disc, Cheapies and Revolution Records to turn to, to feed our souls and ear holes.
Not lying. Check out our experience from the last Record Store Day.
