For the first time in its history, Crayola says it will retire one of the crayons in its classic 24-count box, meaning the color will no longer be used in any Crayola products.
The current colors in are red, yellow, blue, brown, orange, green, violet, black, carnation pink, yellow orange, blue green, red violet, red orange, yellow green, blue violet, white, violet red, dandelion, cerulean, apricot, scarlet, green yellow, indigo and gray.
So which one gets the axe? Crayola is keeping mum until National Crayon Day on Friday, when it will reveal its decision live on Facebook, and is counting down to the event on its website. Crayola says that the retiring crayon will be replaced with “a new, exciting color.”
Which colour do you think will be retired?
