Parents in a borough of Montreal were shocked to find out that convicted schoolgirl killer Karla Homolka had been volunteering at their kid’s school. She reportedly supervised kindergarten children on a field trip and brought her dog to the school for the kids to interact with.
She served 12 years in prison after pleading guilty to manslaughter in the deaths of two school girls. Her ex-husband, Paul Bernardo, continues to serve a life sentence for his role in the killings. The school says that Homolka isn’t a regular volunteer at the school and that she’s not allowed to be alone with the children.
