A man in a suburb of Detroit has found himself in court for something that he didn’t do: mow his lawn. His neighbor claims that neglecting his lawn, allowing weeds to grow and becoming an eyesore is hurting his ability to sell his house at market value. After threatening to mow the lawn himself, the neighbor instead decided to sue for the difference between his asking price and what he’s been offered for his property.
