Original Black Sabbath drummer Bill Ward says that he is over his split with the band in 2012 over accusations by the band about his ability to play live that saw him sit out their reunion and farewell tours… well, sort of. Says Bill, “At first, I was really upset but I’ve cooled off a lot. I’m in a different place; I’ve moved on. But I haven’t moved on from the idea if they ever wanted to play again. That would be something that would have to be worked out. But if they’ve moved on from that idea, then that’s fine, I’ll support that.”
After a big blowback from artists and fans, Kendall and Kylie Jenner have pulled their line of ‘vintage” t-shirts, which featured likenesses of Ozzy Osbourne, Pink Floyd, Metallica and others, but with the Jenners’ own images superimposed on top of the original artwork. They’ve issued an apology, saying that they “missed the mark completely” and that the images were “randomly selected and not well thought out.” They had been selling the shirts online for $125.
Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme performed at a 6th grade graduation with his wife Brody Dalle and Butch Vig, which has been captured in an online video. They played an enthusiastic cover of the classic Cheap Trick anthem “Surrender” to the audience of 11-year-olds. One Instagram post noted that it was the “Best 6th grade graduation party ever!” Check it out:
