Who better to co-launch a unisex brand of eyeliner than Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong? Billie has been wearing guyliner since his teens, so when the offer came up to team up with tattoo artist and model Kat Von D to release Basket Case Liner, named after one of Green Day’s most popular songs, he couldn’t refuse. Kat posted a photo of her and Armstrong in full-on promotional mode as well as a shot of the Basket Case Liner product.
Rush will release a series of expanded 40th anniversary editions of their 1977 album, A Farewell To Kings, which included the songs “Closer To The Heart”, “Cinderella Man” and “Xanadu”.
