Good news, folks! Turns out you shouldn’t make a New Year’s resolution! A new study by psychologists in the UK followed 3,000 people to see if they would keep their resolutions. 52 percent said they were confident they would succeed, but by the end of the year only 12 percent achieved their goal. Men were more successful when they focused on rewards and looking more attractive to women. Women succeeded when they had friends and family to support them with their resolutions. BOTTOM LINE: DON’T MAKE RESOLUTIONS, WHAT’S THE POINT?!
