Jack White is sharing details of his third album, Boarding House Reach, which will bereleased on March 23. Jack wrote the album while holed up in a small apartment in Nashville with no outside distractions, and used the same kind of gear he had when he was 15 years old: a quarter-inch four-track tape recorder, a small mixer, and not much else. Check out the album’s first single and video, “Connected By Love”:
Eric Clapton admits that he’s increasingly anxious about playing live—and going deaf because of it. He said last year that he’s been in pain after damaging his nervous system, which is why he’s finding it hard to perform, but that he’s “come to terms with it.” It started with lower back pain and turned into peripheral neuropathy, and he says that it’s now hard work to play the guitar and sing well enough to do shows. To that end, Eric says he will limit his shows to avoid embarrassing himself on-stage.
