Additional charges have been laid against three Hamilton and Niagara area men who are already facing charges of attempted murder.

The trio were arrested after a 31-year-old man was shot in a residence in Wyoming, east of Sarnia last month.

31 year old Robert Gibson of Hamilton, 32 year old Jason Venne of Burlington and 22 year old Thomas Nagy of Niagara Falls are now facing charges of robbery with a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, aggravated assault and several weapons offences.
   
Venne is also charged with failing to comply with court orders, while Nagy is charged with pointing a firearm and discharging it with intent to wound.
   
All three remain in custody.
