Bush are back and reconnecting with crowds through their music again, but before that could happen singer Gavin Rossdale had to do some reconnecting of his own.  The vocalist tells us, “I did what I never normally do, which is again a mistake, but I listened to the old Bush records to give myself perspective.  Cause in a way I had lost perspective because I hadn’t been listening to the old catalog.”  And though he mostly had a Bush record complete, by reconnecting with the old sound it launched a fresh wave of creativity that led to five additional tracks pushing five others out of the way.  One of those new songs, “The Sound Of Winter,” ended up being the track that Rossdale says connected the old with the new.
