We are hosting a day of FREE kickboxing classes on Sunday, Feb 18th. We use a Muay Thai style of kickboxing that uses hands, feet, elbows and knees for a full body workout. The punching bags are man-like figures. Classes are 45 minutes in the length and are done to loud music and a coach who guides the sequences. Variety is incorporated in between sequences with ab work or leg work. It is for all levels of experience and fitness. We will have boxing gloves for all attending that they can borrow.
We will also have healthy refreshments and snacks and draws for prizes. A portion of the proceeds from the day will go to our charity partner, Sick Kids.
