Drake’s Toronto mansion is not finished construction yet, but the artist shared on Instagram some updates for his fans.
The 21,000-square-foot mansion is being built in Bridle Path, North York located at 21 Park Lane Circle, roughly 400 metres north of Conrad Black’s estate.
Drake purchased the massive two-acre lot for $6.7 million in 2015 and demolished an existing house on the property to make room for his new one.
The house will include the typical mansion elements…a full-length basketball court, gym, music and screening room, pool, and hot tub. But of course, Drake is going even bigger than that, and including a champagne room, jersey museum, awards room (have to put all those awards somewhere!), and a spa with a massage room.
The mansion is being designed and built by the iconic ultra-luxury home designer, Ferris Rafauli.
